Joe and John Koss were determined to build a successful family-owned business. So in January 1978, the two brothers began working out of John’s garage and used their cars to pull trailers filled with tools and welders from one dairy plant to another – fabricating and repairing cheese processing and dairy systems on-site.

As the business grew, Joe and John moved to a location in De Pere, Wis., and enlisted the help of Joe’s wife Connie and sons Jeff, Jason, and Joe III. Together, we broadened the capabilities of our company and kept a clear focus on delivering high quality service to each and every customer.

With continued growth came the need for more space. In 1992 we moved our operation to a new, state-of-the-art facility in Green Bay, Wis., and continued expanding. Now the fabrication, production, and administrative facilities total 104,000 square feet – quite an upgrade from our humble beginnings!
