You can choose from a wide range of holding tubes. We design them to be either skid-mounted or free-standing with the capacity to meet your specific requirements.

We build our hot water sets to these specifications: 150 GPM at 180 degrees 15 PSI to 320 GPM at 285 degrees 90 PSI. We follow all USDA and WDA requirements for our valves. And we can add a variety of options to these units so they’re sure to meet your needs!

Six-Inch Curd/Vat Valves

We have six-inch valves that can unload 20,000-pound vats in less than half the time of the usual four-inch valves. These are tangental valves, and CIP ports are standard features. Leak detectors are also available.

Automated Filter Stands

These portable ultra-filtration units have bypass filters that keep the process running – thereby eliminating down time. They have 1,000 to 5,000 micron filters. The model number is UF-2-3-6.

Stretchers

Here are the specifications of our Model 6T-5000 stretchers: 150:1 reduction, 5,000-pound-per-hour capacity, and six-inch diameter screws.
