As a Koss engineer, I'm involved in how things are put together out on the floor. I really like the hands-on part of my job rather than just being a paper-pusher. I also like the family-owned atmosphere as opposed to a corporate environment. It's the best of both worlds: big company benefits with a small company feel. I'm not a number here, it's personal. Plus, the food industry is typically a safe, stable career choice.
