I like the variety of projects I get to work on. It’s not the same repetitive stuff day after day. Benefits Package

All eligible Koss employees are provided a wide range of benefits.

Koss offers competitive wages. Our compensation is in line with industry averages for similar positions in the same geographic area. We also take experience level and qualifications into consideration.

Koss offers options for healthcare coverage that include medical, dental, prescription and vision coverage as well as a health savings account (HSA).

Koss offers financial protection in the event of a tragedy. Life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and short term disability benefits are all available.

Some benefits are automatic while some may require contributions from the employee.

We give you the opportunity to save for retirement on a tax-advantaged basis through our 401(k) plan. You may elect to contribute a portion of your income on a pre-tax (regular) or after-tax (Roth) basis – or both.

We also contribute to your 401(k) by matching a portion of what you contribute.

Koss recognizes the importance of providing our employees with the opportunity for rest, recreation and personal activities. We grant annual PTO to all regular, full-time employees.

Koss grants holiday time off to all employees on the following days:

New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving
Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Day

Koss employees and their family members can receive professional, confidential counseling services at no cost by utilizing their Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefit.

Caring is one of our company values and the Employees Helping Employees program embodies that value. This program was designed by Koss employees for Koss employees. It’s purpose is to help fellow employees financially during times of significant personal crisis due to circumstances beyond their control.
