Position Description:
Our CNC Machinist/Programmers are trained professionals who understand blueprints,
tolerances and the parts they are making. They excel at computer assisted programming
and are responsible for the programming, set up and operation of CNC mills and lathes.
They’re experienced in designing and building fixtures to machine parts. They efficiently
output quality parts that meet specs and ensure their machines are working at full capacity
and stocked with needed materials. They’re also responsible for creating and maintaining
a safe work environment.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Technical diploma – CNC Machinist preferred.
  • Experience as a CNC machinist/programmer or equivalent work history.
  • Experience with computer assisted programming (CAM, HSM and Mastercam preferred).
  • Experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes independently.
  • Able to accurately read blue prints and comprehend standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole
    numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Must have standard machining tools.
  • Must be able to accurately measure using calipers, micrometers and tape measures.
  • Must possess strong communication, problem solving and organization skills.
  • Capable of bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, crawling, climbing, lifting, carrying,

  • Read and interpret blueprint specs to determine procedures and operational sequence.
  • Generate CNC programs and setup documentation required to manufacture products
    using CAD/CAM Software.
  • Load programs into machine tool controls.
  • Select tooling and machine speeds and feeds to maximize efficiency.
  • Design fixtures and tooling to meet machining needs. Machine complex parts to spec.
  • Remove burrs, sharp edges and clean parts using buffers, belt sanders and rotary tools.
  • Perform and document in-process inspections using measuring and inspection tools.

Waterjet Machine Operator

Waterjet Machine Operator

Position Description:
Our waterjet operators are primarily responsible for setting up and operating waterjet
cutting machines in order to produce products to customer specifications.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1 year of machine operator experience (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Fork lift experience (required).
  • Able to accurately read blueprints and understand standard operating procedures.
  • Capable of setting up and operating waterjet cutting machines.
  • Has good math skills (addition and subtraction of whole numbers and fractions).
  • Able to measure accurately using a caliper, micrometer and tape measure.

  • Accurately read blue prints and ensure correct product dimensions are obtained while
    minimizing product waste.
  • Efficiently and effectively set-up, operate, adjust, and maintain waterjet cutting
    machines and related equipment per each job order.
  • Perform light equipment maintenance and report equipment faults for repairs.
  • Perform secondary work operating hand-held tools and other equipment to deburr,
    drill, countersink, and polish product.
  • Safely and efficiently operate fork lift to load and unload parts from machines, fixtures
    and work areas.
  • Fill out daily paperwork for all work projects in a timely manner ensuring proper
    allocation of time and materials.
  • Responsible for performing Quality Assurance checks including measuring products
    with caliper, micrometer and tape measure to ensure product specifications, quality
    and excellent craftsmanship are maintained.

Metal Finisher

Metal Finisher

Position Description:
Our Metal Finishers set up, operate, and tend grinding, polishing and related hand and
power tools. They remove excess material or burrs, dents, scratches and other defects
from metal surfaces and buff or polish metal components used in the construction
of stainless steel food processing equipment. You will be responsible for creating and
maintaining a safe work environment.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in metal finishing preferred.
  • Capable of learning and efficiently performing multiple functions throughout the
    finishing department including but not limited to grinding and polishing stainless steel
    parts and equipment.

Electrical Engineer

Position Description:
Using sound electrical methodologies and technologies, the Electrical Engineer is
responsible for the design, development and maintenance of electrical control systems
and equipment focusing on productivity, quality, safety and capacity optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

    Specify and write software for PLC and HMI control systems using provided reference
    programs. Document work instructions for customers as needed.

    Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support,
    documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes,
    and customer requirements.
